How are chairs delivered?
Most chairs are delivered fully assembled or partially assembled, depending on the model and shipping destination.
Assembly is usually very simple and takes only a few minutes.
Warranty & Returns
Can I return a chair if it doesn't suit me?
Yes.
You have the right to return products according to EU consumer protection regulations which means consumers (individuals) have 14 days after receiving their item to request a return. If a refurbished product has been purchased, this right also applies to companies.
The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.
What should I do if my chair arrives damaged?
Please contact us immediately with photos of the damage.
We will arrange a replacement or another suitable solution.
