The Freedom Chair with Headrest is the result of legendary designer Niels Diffrient’s lifelong quest to create a chair that truly responds to the human body. Sitting still is particularly unhealthy and uncomfortable — the knobs and levers on traditional chairs force users into fixed positions. Freedom changed that. - Synchronous Arms Unlike conventional chairs where arms are attached to the seat, Freedom’s arms are attached to the back. This means arm support stays with you as you recline — your arms are always supported, whether you are sitting upright or leaning back.
- Duron Arm Pads Freedom features Duron arm pads with a multi-layer design that is softer and five times tougher than standard arm pads, providing lasting comfort and durability over years of use.

These office chairs have been refurbished. For us, ‘refurbished’ means that the chairs have been carefully checked, possibly reupholstered, fitted with new official parts, cleaned and resprayed if necessary. We try to get the condition of the chairs as good as new again.
